Can I request quotations for several fabrics at once?
Yes. Choose products, specifications and metres for each line, then use the quick-add buttons for more fabrics. Enter contact details just once for the request.
What should I prepare for a quotation?
Prepare the fabric name, surface, colour, width and estimated metres. Add any finished-product requirements or required dates so VTEX can discuss them with your business.
What if I am unsure about the colour or width?
Select the specifications you know and explain anything else in the additional requirements field. Attributes without presets can be entered as custom requests; confirmed options are listed by product.
Do I need an account to submit a request?
No. Customers can choose fabrics, enter contact details and submit a request directly on the website.
How do I know my request has been received?
The website displays confirmation and a reference after saving successfully. If an error appears, your form contents are retained for checking and retrying.
Does submitting a quotation request place an order?
No. VTEX reviews your needs to discuss specifications, supply options and quotations. Orders proceed after the parties agree the relevant terms.
Can I request samples before deciding?
You may request samples of one or more fabrics. VTEX will discuss the samples and delivery arrangements before sending them.
Do white and coloured stripes have the same widths?
Poly 120gsm white stripes come in 240/260/280cm; coloured stripes come only in 240cm. Other fabrics have their own options on the relevant product pages.
