What are the T233 specifications?

VTEX lists yarn specification as 40s × 40s, weave density as 123s × 110s under its internal convention, and an anti-pilling treatment. Yarn specification and weave density are separate fields and should not be treated as interchangeable.

The approved T233 catalogue offers only white plain fabric in 240cm width. If a design requires 3cm stripes or another width, select an appropriate catalogue product rather than adding an unlisted T233 variant.

Check the 240cm width against cutting details

Before requesting a quote, provide cutting dimensions, finished quantities and the intended cutting direction. Nominal width helps shortlist materials; order quantities should follow the actual cutting layout and the allowance defined by the workshop.

A metre of fabric cannot be converted into a number of bedding sets without product dimensions and construction details. For mixed sizes, calculate each finished item separately before adding the required metres.

Assess a sample against the intended use

A sample allows buyers to compare whiteness, surface and fabric feel against the order requirements. Cotton content and GSM describe the material; they do not independently establish shrinkage, colourfastness or a finished product’s wash life.

If the end customer requires testing, state this during the enquiry so both parties can establish what information is needed. Observations from another sample should not be treated as evidence for the batch being ordered.
