T250 CVC plain and 3cm stripe: Specify the material order

VTEX T250 CVC comes in white plain and white 3cm stripe options. When a production order uses both, separating finish and width from the outset makes material requirements easier to check against the design.

Identify T250 CVC specifications

The approved catalogue lists T250 CVC as 55% Cotton / 45% Microfiber, 147gsm, yarn specification 40s × 40s and density 110s × 140s. The s notation follows the VTEX convention.

Listed widths are 240, 260 and 280cm. The T250 name does not replace a full specification; include finish and width when ordering or discussing additional material.

Separate plain and striped panels

For designs combining the two finishes, identify which panels use plain fabric and which use 3cm stripe. Prepare the layout around the required stripe direction before calculating linear metres.

Do not combine both finishes into one quantity line. List product, finish, width and metres separately to avoid receiving the correct T250 material in the wrong finish.

Request prices for the actual combinations

Request the combinations required by the production plan. If considering two widths, identify the alternative and have the workshop check a cutting layout for each option.

Include the required date and delivery location. Availability, pricing and delivery terms should be confirmed in the quotation rather than inferred from a website listing.
